International Flights. For international flights, check-in is normally at least 2 hours prior to departure. However, passengers should always check with their airline and airport to find out about recommended check-in times. Certain airports can be notoriously busy, especially at peak travel periods, in which case the airlines may recommend 3 hours before departure. Please note: that boarding times will be advised by the airline at check-in.

International Travel - Baggage allowances vary greatly from airline to airline, therefore we suggest you always double-check what is said on your itinerary and when in doubt contact the airline directly or visit their website.

Domestic travel within the US - Each airline and airfare has slightly different limits so it's a good idea to check their website before you travel. Most domestic fares will only allow hand luggage. If you are planning to take luggage that will not fit in the overhead cabin you need a ticket that allows checked baggage, or you will need to pay for checked luggage at check-in. Any questions about bulky items, sports equipment (bikes, golf clubs, surfboards etc), or any dangerous items, (firearms, chemicals etc) will need to be taken up with the airline you are travelling with directly
